REGGAE LAKE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of Reggae Lake Festival and users of the Reggae Lake website.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the festival, you agree to these terms.
1. Tickets & Admission
- All visitors must have a valid ticket, regardless of age
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes
- Purchasing tickets via third parties is at your own risk
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket
The organization reserves the right to refuse entry in case of:
- invalid or duplicate tickets
- fraud or misuse
- violation of these Terms & Conditions
Visitors must be able to present valid identification upon request.
2. Security & Safety
Visitors may be subject to security checks upon entry and during the event.
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- drugs (zero tolerance policy)
- weapons or dangerous objects
- fireworks or explosives
- outside food and beverages
- professional recording equipment
- pets
Confiscated items will not be returned.
Visitors must follow all instructions from:
- event staff
- security personnel
- police and authorities
Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival without refund.
3. Alcohol Policy
- The legal drinking age is 18+
- It is prohibited to provide alcohol to minors
4. Liability
Entry to the festival is entirely at your own risk.
Reggae Lake is not liable for:
- personal injury
- loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- damages caused by third parties
- services or products provided by third-party vendors
5. Program Changes & Force Majeure
The organization reserves the right to:
- change the program, artists, or schedule
- cancel or interrupt the event
In case of force majeure (including weather conditions, safety risks, strikes, or other circumstances beyond control), the event may be altered or cancelled.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event.
By entering the festival, visitors grant permission to Reggae Lake to use these images for promotional purposes.
Visitors are allowed to take photos with mobile phones or small cameras. Professional equipment is not permitted without prior approval.
7. Website & Information
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However:
- errors may occur
- content may be changed at any time
Reggae Lake is not liable for inaccuracies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and festival materials (including text, images, video, logos, and branding) is owned by Reggae Lake or used with permission.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
Reggae Lake reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on the website.
